Our Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Sports Campaign
The number 15,780 on our helmet sticker stands for the number of children expected to get diagnosed with cancer this year. Many sports players can wear this sticker, football, baseball, softball, etc.
Youth and High School Cheerleaders wear the cheer bows pictured above Announcers tell facts about Childhood Cancer during Youth and High School games. We reached over 3,000 people this way. Cheerleaders and youth sports players went in the stands and people gave donations to Childhood Cancer Kids to help us raise funds for our yoga care packages and awareness programs.
Every September we hope to get more towns to participate. We need help to spread this awareness program. If you would like to help please let us know at info@childhoodcancerkids.org or fill out our event registration . Thanks!
